How can I become good at drawing manga so I can become a mangaka?

Question by Hibiki Hana: How can I become good at drawing manga so I can become a mangaka?

Should I get a professional teacher?(if there is such thing...) because using how to draw manga books isn't really working to get me any better. I realize it will take a while, but i want to learn properly as soon as i can.
