Providence Health to tentatively take over MPTF nursing home and hospital

WOODLAND HILLS - Faced with an impending shutdown, the Motion Picture and Television Fund nursing home would be taken over by Providence Health & Services, while some programs on the Woodland Hills campus would be opened to the general public under a tentative deal announced today.
