What digital camera takes good pictures at concerts?

I've been looking for a digital camera but am having a bit troubel as to wich is a good one. I want one thats under 200 dollers, but that can take pictures fast and in dark (ex. concerts) i also want it to have a video recording. any suggetions?

look into nikons.
The D40 is pricey (WAY over 200), but very worthwhile and will last a lifetime
As far as "regular" cameras go they have many high quality cameras (I recommend a coolpix) for under 200 at stores like staples, best buy, costco, etc. just walk to their camera section and ask the salesperson for a recommendation based on your preferences.
